1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to customers within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, including shipping to territories, military addresses, or forwarding services unless explicitly stated on the website. If we expand our shipping coverage in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.
2. Shipping Fee
We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $4.99 per order.
Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment. There are no hidden shipping fees added after the order is placed.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Processing time refers to the period needed to review the order, confirm payment, prepare the items, and arrange shipment. Orders are processed on business days only. Business days generally do not include weekends or major holidays.
Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
4. Order Cut-Off Time
The daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Orders submitted before the cut-off time may begin processing the same business day when applicable. Orders placed after the cut-off time will generally be handled starting from the next business day.
5. Transit Time
After processing is complete, orders are typically delivered within 7–9 business days.
Transit time refers to the estimated period during which the shipment is in transit with the carrier. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, local carrier conditions, weather disruptions, seasonal demand, or other logistical factors outside our direct control.
6. Estimated Total Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days.
This estimate includes both:
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days
- Transit Time: 7–9 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed delivery dates.
7. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When available, customers may receive shipping confirmation and tracking details after an order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates depend on the shipping carrier and may take time to appear after the shipment is first scanned into the carrier’s network. If tracking information is delayed, this does not necessarily mean that the package has not been shipped.
8. Delivery Delays
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include:

We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been handed over for shipment, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with shipping-related concerns.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, losses, or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once processing has started.
10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we may contact the customer to arrange reshipment where possible.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment in cases where the issue was caused by incorrect address details or delivery refusal.
11. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can review the shipment status.
We may ask customers to allow a reasonable additional period for the carrier to complete delivery before further action is taken. Lost shipment claims may require verification and review before a replacement or refund decision is made.
12. Damaged Deliveries
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you inspect the contents promptly and contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.
When reporting damaged items, please include relevant details and, where possible, supporting photos of the packaging and product condition so we can review the issue appropriately.
13. Taxes
The current tax rate applied to orders is 0% unless otherwise required by law or updated on the website.
Any applicable charges shown at checkout will be clearly displayed before the order is submitted.
